REGISTRATION INFORMATION

For you to complete the sign-up process in our site, you must provide your full legal name, current address, a valid email address, member name and any other information needed in order to complete the signup process. You must qualify that you are 18 years or older or with assistance from your parents, if your underage; and must be responsible for keeping your password secure and be responsible for all activities and contents that are uploaded under your account. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. 1. We will never collect any registration fee and no investment money is required from you. As long as you have passed the application process you can start your work.
2. We have the right to dismiss or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without any warning or notice. However, the dismissal or termination of an account may come as a result of the following;



• Inactivity or non-use of your new account(s) within 48 hours from the time it was given to you. We may notify you tru email or your contact no.(If needed) for your inactivity before deleting or giving your account(s) to another new hired encoder or likewise You may CONTACT US.
• Excessively and purposely typing incorrect words, intentionally skipping CAPTCHA images including anti-cheat CAPTCHAs, - which we consider a very serious offense. Anti-cheat CAPTCHAs need to be solved and not to be ignored or skipped. Or with a typing skill percentage of 80% and below.
• c. Spamming, cheating, hacking, cracking, sabotaging the team or any form of cyber crime

3. Account termination (i.e. fired, banned, deleted, terminated) is irreversible and all earnings and DECODED CAPTCHAS done will be forfeited.

4.  Account suspension (i.e. temporarily suspended, suspended for 10 minutes, suspended for 30 minutes) maybe reversible and earnings maybe paid. CONTACT US.
5. Banned accounts are no longer usable but you may still request for another new account(s) from us, just CONTACT US.
6. We are not forcing you to work graveyard shift, however this is the best time for you to work to improve your performance and to maximize you earnings. Nonetheless, our CAPTCHA servers operate 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
7. We have the ability to monitor your works; however, we don't have the ability to set your Priority Level as it depends directly on how you perform/excel on your work.
8. As a member, it is your responsibility to stay updated by reading our emails, updates posted in our Facebook wall, and our posts on this website.

​TERM
This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Website. You may terminate your membership at any time for any reason by leaving a message in the contact page. We may terminate your membership for any reason at any time.

​CONFIDENTIALITY
You agree to disclose information you given us. All information submitted to by an end-user customer pursuant to a Program is proprietary information of HappyEarnings. Such customer information is confidential and may not be disclosed. Publisher agrees not to reproduce, disseminate, sell, distribute or commercially exploit any such information in any manner.

​WAIVER
Failure of the HappyEarnings to insist upon strict performance of any of the terms, conditions and covenants hereof shall not be deemed a relinquishment or waiver of any rights or remedy that the we may have, nor shall it be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the terms, conditions or covenants hereof, which terms, conditions and covenants shall continue to be in full force and effect.

​AND SEVERABILITY OF TERMS
In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable pursuant to any judicial decree or decision, such provision shall be deemed to apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.

​ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Manila,Philippines without any reference to conflict-of-laws principles. The Agreement describes and encompasses the entire agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the contents and materials provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement.
